  • Q1. What is the print area on the chocolate wrappers?

    A1. Each of our 3 chocolate wrapper styles allow different print areas sizes. They are : Petit Chocolat : 37 mm x 20 mm Neapolitans : 23 mm x 25 mm Grand Chocolat : 30 mm x 20 mm

  • Q2. Can I print on the back of the wrappers ?

    A2. At present we are not able to print your details on the back of the wrappers.

  • Q3. How many colours can I print on the wrappers ?

    A3. You can choose one of 9 of our standard print colours.

  • Q4. How long will it take to make my first order ?

    A4. We will make your first order within 14-21 working days from when you initially send us your artwork.

  • Q5. How long will it take to make repeat orders ?

    A5 . Repeat orders are made within 5-7 working days.

  • Q6. How do I pay for my orders ?

    A6. We ask for payment with your first order . This can be made by sending a cheque made out to "Delvaux Limited" or alternatively we take all major credit cards. Payment can be made on line using PayPal or by calling us.

  • Q7. Do you offer discounts for larger volumes ?

    A7. Yes. The more you order the lower the price. Price discounts appear when you order on-line and for even larger orders please call us on our Free Phone number 0800 371428.

  • Q8. Is there a minimum order quantity for personalised chocolates ?

    A8. Yes. The minimum order quantity is one box of 1,000 pieces for Petit Chocolates and 3,000 pieces for Neapolitan Chocolates.

  • Q9. Is there a delivery charge ?

    A9. All orders with a value over £100.00 (exc.vat) are delivered FREE. Orders with a value of less than £100.00 (exc.vat) will incur a delivery charge of £5.95 (+vat). Please call for delivery charges for outside of the UK mainland.

  • Q10. What is the shelf-life of the chocolates?

    A10. We give our personalised chocolates a best before date of 12 months from date of manufacture, and all our personalised chocolates are made to order.

  • Q11. Are Delvaux chocolates kosher?

    A11. All our personalised chocolates made from dark chocolate are kosher. The milk chocolates and truffles are not.

  • Q12. Are Delvaux chocolates suitable for vegetarians?

    A12. They are suitable for vegetarians but not suitable for vegans.

  • Q13. Are Delvaux chocolates organic?

    A13. We have a range of Delvaux branded chocolates called Petit Organique which are made from organic chocolate. At present they are not available as personalised chocolates.

  • Q14. Are Delvaux Chocolates fair trade?

    A14. At present we do not have a fair trade chocolate.

  • Q15. What is the cocoa content of Delvaux chocolates?

    A15. Our dark chocolate contains 54 % cocoa and our milk chocolate contains 38 %.

  • Q16. Is Delvaux chocolate gluten free?

    A16. Yes, all our chocolate is gluten free.

  • Q17. How do I request information and a sample?

    A17. Simply call us on Free Phone 0800 371 428, or fill in the enquiry form on the web site, and we will send you any information you need

    A18. You can place an order on-line or by calling our Free Phone number 0800 371428.

  • Q19. What about my artwork? How do I send that to you?

    A19. More and more of our customers send their artwork to us electronically , so you can simply e-mail your artwork to sales@delvaux.co.uk; or you can post your artwork to us at :
